Park on Station Rd or in YH cp on south side of track to avoid parking charge
Meet 1820 run 1830
10 -14k / 400 -600m ascent
Hills of the East Okement
They are firing on the ranges so we’ll do some hill training from the East Okement valley.
Long Hill from Fatherford to Klondyke
Med hill from the fb to East Hill
Short hill near the waterfall
Med hill again
Long hill and return down through the field and across the A30.
Can do all or some of each hill to shorten / lengthen the run.
